  1. Gilbert Homeowner Assistance

  • Maricopa County Emergency Home Repair Program: Helps eligible Maricopa County homeowners repair health and safety conditions in their residence, including non-functioning air conditioning and heating systems. Please note that the program is subject to availability based on funding.
  • Emergency and minor home repair program: Program offered to income eligible Gilbert homeowners to assist with health or safety related home repairs. 

 

  1. Town of Gilbert HOA Resource Center

  • The Town of Gilbert provides information to aid private property owners in maintaining stormwater systems, which is crucial for HOAs responsible for such infrastructure. Visit the HOA Resource Center.
  • Got graffiti in the community? Gilbert residents and non-residents can pick up a free 5-gallon bucket of tan or gray colored paint from the Household Hazardous Waste Facility.
