Most recently, she led operations serving over 300 clients and more than 45,000 homes, showcasing her ability to navigate complex community needs with efficiency and care.

accomplished and detail-oriented community association manager.

Veda’s dedication to customer service, problem-solving, and performance optimization has earned her a reputation as a trusted and results-driven professional. Carmen holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation, underscoring her dedication to professional excellence in the community management industry.  Now leading business development at Arizona Community First, she combines industry knowledge with a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach. Her 16+ years of experience and hands-on background give her a deep understanding of board needs and operational challenges Arizona communities face. Carmen helps clients explore better-fit management solutions with clarity, care, and credibility. Combined with her extensive professional experience in community and resident engagement, association communications, and event planning, Carmen is highly skilled at creating meaningful connections with the communities we serve.
