2. Chandler Homeowner Assistance

  • Maricopa County Emergency Home Repair Program: Helps eligible Maricopa County homeowners repair health and safety conditions in their residence, including non-functioning air conditioning and heating systems. Please note that the program is subject to availability based on funding.
  • Emergency Repair Program: Provides a grant to income eligible Chandler homeowners to assist with minor home improvements.
