- Use platforms like Zoom or Teams for hybrid meetings when board members or owners can’t attend in person
- Keep track of tasks using your community portal

Keep Homeowners Informed (Even if They Don’t Show Up)
Not all residents can attend meetings, but they still want to know what’s going on. Consider sharing:
- A brief meeting recap in your email newsletters
- Highlights about upcoming projects or important policies
- Updates via a community e-bulletin
